If you want to know if it is the pump with a lot of security or rather discard any cap, it would be convenient to release the water tube that goes below the hood insulator to the water glass outlet.
If you remove the tube from the beginning and water comes out for the exit is that you have a cap in the duct.
If you take the insulator, you will see the tubes. Genus the pump is usually on a front wheel step and from there the tube comes out.
It is convenient to rule out the cap first.
