Very interesting, do you have the carburetor manual that came with the 1991 Isuzu pickup?

The problem could be the vacuum hoses that run from the intake manifold to the valve cover or those that go to the carburetor.

Hi,
I downloaded the file but it appears to be corrupted... I have a 1998 LUV 2.3 carburetor in my workshop and I can't get the carburetor adjusted. The mixture is rich and when I start it, it revs to the max. If I touch the accelerator even a little, the revs drop until it stalls, and it keeps doing this. Help!!
