Capota Renault Megane Cabriolet I Manual (1999)

Greetings to all the foreros,
the hood of my cabrio does not open, the engine is heard working and if I insist it takes me 5 to 8 minutes to end the opening process. The closure takes even longer. I do not know if it can be missing oil to the hydraulic system so that it does not reach the press due to lift the capota, or that is that the engine is responsible for doing so is not giving due pressure.
