How to put rear belts r-21 txe ????

Good days.


You would like to know if any of you have put the rear belts in an R-21 TXE.
If the car is prepared to hook them, or do you have to do something ????
I have seen that newer models have these belts, and that they pass with a plastic protector through the rear tray .... I have not managed to see how these newer models are hooked ... possibly any of you has installed them ...... could you help me?
All this comes to be able to hook a children's chair in the rear seats .....
