Loss Power Isuzu Rodeo published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello everyone, hopefully someone can help me since no mechanic has been able to. I have an Isuzu Rodeo 1992 truck, engine 3.1 V6 American model to which I have recent Cylinder exceeds it without problems. On the other hand, when I run in flat or little inclined roads, it is very different has good power and speed up to 150km/h.

Also when it is cold or let it rest then it does not turn on quickly, it took a couple of minutes to turn it on as if it were fuel.

If you need more data I indicate, but please help me with your comments to try to find the failure.

Much obliged

Your fuel pump is electronic, so you should check the status of this, you do not throw well in fuel, or one adapted one that is not original and is of less precion, also check the status of the fuel filters, you could go to what you have changed, when repairing the engine?, you changed clutch clut Data, the state of the caralitic, and when does the engine make the engine sucks or skates?

Thanks for answering.

Yes, it is recently changed gas and oil air filters, injector cleaning (ultrasound), changed dish and clutch disc. The engine is practically changed everything (jackets, connecting rods, pistons, valves, camshaft, rocker, packaging, crankshaft was rectified, etc. !!).

And, it doesn't skate rather ... if I understood the term well .. !! hahaha.

I have taken it to the Scaner T1 and only the IAC and oxygen sensor was with problems, how could I know if the pump fails?

Could it be the ignition module .. ?? or other ..?

I do not think it is the module because the truck would have boot problems, and it would not stay, you changed rings, because you did not check the compression again? Saves could be problems with the Catalitical, you would have to cover it from the escape and see if it blows by taking the multiple of admission, now you have to try it with a device to measure pressure is easier to measure you A do not desperate a solution, you have the Catalitian and measures the bomb, to start.

Hello,

now reviewing the service reports of the workshop where I took it last time, he says that for some reason the admission multiple is separated from the 4mm head, you think it could have an impact on the problem I have now.

If I changed rings, the engine assembled it elsewhere.
