Motor -Mecanica Motor Falling failure
Hello I have an Audi A3 1.9 TDI of 2004. I have a breakdown in the fans of the motor radiator, they never stop even with the contact removed. I have put it in a diagnostic machine and do not get any faults, I have removed the acorn acorn connector and do not stop, I have removed the air conditioning connector and either. Then we have checked and it seems that it is the major fan, the left that carries an inner module.
Have if you could help me. Grasias and greetings.

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Audi A3 Motor Fan Falm
Even you have a modulus, without current power supply, it can be repaired but you will have to resort to an electric one you can not, you can make a parallel installation connected to contact and with a smaller bulb, in any case check that the fan is not connected at some point on the road, there is something that sends a sign, Audi does not command fan by computer

Manual-Mecanica Answer on the Re: Audi A3 Motor Fan Falm
Look at the Audi as VW and Seat manage electrical systems similar, these vendors are activated by a relief module that are under the battery near the radiator, if the relay is stuck only, it will only turn off disconnecting it from the relay module or the fuses on the battery one of 30 amperes for the first and other of 40 amperes for the second of the radiator are a few lamella centimeter.

If the relay is stuck, the two fans must work directly.

The Scaner does not read this type of failures.

It is not very difficult to fix this an average electric should not have problems with a diagnosis.
Well you are lucky.: Woohoo:
