Remove Passat 92 1.9 TD HEATING RADIATOR

First of all greet you all since this is my first post and as almost everyone asking \ "soups \".
I was broken by the palefaction radiator of the Passat 1.9 TD CL of 92, 75 hp AAZ engine without air conditioning.
It was in summer and as I was not very buoyant, I decided to make a By-Pass and cancel the heating.
Now I need it with the cold since it starts cold and the worst (since this car is used little and short journeys) is that it does not mean the crystals.
Well the question is whether in this model I need to get all the dashboard or only the central part, or if someone has a workshop manual to follow steps
