Dor 2002 Pointer console warming

I have a 2002 Pointer for 3 years, the console where the speed lever is, no longer has a converter is heated, and it has all its hoppers but still the heat goes up a lot, someone mentions me that they were the hoses of the heating but then I do not know if they reach there, does anyone know what happens with this? thank you
