Help with distribution 105 15 diesel

Hello, I have changed the distribution of a peugeot 106 15 diesel and when trying to scratch the engine it rotates but it stops that the engine does not have purchasing I would like someone to guide me the problem that it can have

White smoke comes out of the escape when you turn it to start?

To make the distribution to that engine, you have to put a \ "tranco \" to block the crankshaft in cylinder pms 1 and 4. The tranco is above the alternator and under the injection pump, removing a registration lid on the side of the motor block.

Then you have to put an M8 125 screw by 40 mm long in the camshaft pulley, and two M8 125 screws by 30 mm long in the injection pump (the pump pulley is asymmetric so they can only be put in a way, if not, the holes with the threads do not coincide).

Correa removes, you change strap and tensioners, tense strap, and two turns to the crankshaft with a raised wheel and the 5th march set by hand (do not think about turning with the start because you can throw the strap outside and crush valves).

If the engine gives both laps and does not run anything anywhere, or blocked, everything is correct.

If this operation has not been carried out as I have told you, it is likely that the distribution or the pump will be out of point. (If you are lucky, nothing will have happened and nothing will have been screwed, if you do not have it, you may have folded valves).

One last thing, the four heaters are placed right? It is not going to be writing this Bible and the only thing that happens is that the engine does not have the preheating spark plugs.
