Brakes consult

I have a BMW 750il automatic gasoline of the year 1989, I have stopped it for about 8 years, now I have discharged it again and it happens to me that when it is a while they stop the front wheels strongly, I have changed the stenos of the front brakes but it continues the same, and now the mechanic derives me to the BMW house but I have it at 100km. For what I request if anyone knows how to give me any solution thanks.
