Cleaning product recommendation

Hello,

I have the car quite oxide for parking near the sea. I am going to apply black polyurethane putty 3M 540 in boot joints and for the roof and edge of the doors. I needed you to recommend a product to clean the area well before applying putty, because some together of the trunk have enough dirt and are not easy to clean.
