Fiat Ulysse 2.2 HDI 2004. Distance control works

Good morning. I have a Fiat Ulysse 2.2 HDI of 2004 and the opening and closing of the doors has stopped working.
The command emits the signal because I act and listen perfectly how the fuel pump begins to work, then the signal is received.
The doors are not opened or closed and the mirrors are not folded.
With the key the centralized closure works perfectly and the mirrors open and close perfectly from the control of the door.
Where is the telemando receiver? Is it in the habitaculus center in the glove compartment?
Is there any reverse?
Electric and electronic maintenance work in the industry and know the trade, but these vehicles are very electrically complex. Seeing if someone can help me.
