VW Jetta 2.0 Common Rail, cylinder failure 3, out of rank +2,9

As I gave error of the injector three, I took it to check it and it turns out that it is working perfrectly. Exchange the injectors between cylinders 2 and 3, also changing the codification, the failure persists in cylinder three.
It also gave the EGR failure, it was full of shit, clean it and the car improves a lot, but a short time it is full of shit anothervez and the car goes wrong.
I put a blind lid to the EGR to try, it goes something better, but continues to smooth and head.
The injector three goes out of rank and I do not know why, it is true that when doing a compression test, this cylinder is a little lower, the others go to 22-25 kgf and it gives over 18kgf, it will be that the switchboard will try to compensate for this lack of compression and makes it inject more to balance a little
