Error Code P0171 and P2096

Greetings, I have a problem with my Kia Spectra 2007 and these two codes that I do not give to remove them, the car does not present vibration problems, or escape from air by any multiple tuveria, I have changed the oxygen sensors, I have cleaned the Catalitians and I have cleaned the Max Flow and the car does not take off the excessive consume of gasoline and when I turn it up, it smells a lot It does, if someone could help me with this, it would be happy, the car is well the only thing that gasoline is drink, if someone considers that I should change or check something else that please tell me, I am sick with the errors and it has me crazy, the car tampo moisters or anything and when it accelerates it, it responds very well.
