I have a Citroen C3 1.4 HDI SX Plus of the year 2004, and the air conditioning (non -air conditioner) has stopped working, or at least it has stopped doing it correctly.

I explain ... Sometimes it seems that it will work, and in fact I hear how the compressor is jumping and starts out cold air, but no more than 4 or 5 seconds and hot air comes out again, until soon the compressor sounds again and the same process is repeated again and again. Even on occasion there have been phases in which it seemed to work well in the morning and then in the afternoon again stop doing it.

On other occasions, it does not even come out fresh air at any time.
I took him to check the air load and pressure, and they did not make the load, since the pressure was correct and they told me that there was an electrical failure but to find out what exactly time was time and a lot of money was required and consequently a lot of money. And there I left it.

Could it be the relay? Or maybe some connection, I say it because not long ago I changed the radio, and in that area there is also the part of the air console.

Could these data give me some advice? Any reliable workshop for air conditioning issues in Barcelona?
