Golf IV Electric Problem Published by Manual-Mecanica
I have a golf 4 conceptline, 1400. The fuse 14 melts. The windows, interior light, rearview movements does not work. The closure of the rear gate is unused to avoid the fuse of the fuse. It has been working well for a while. But now we return to the walks. I have proven that it melts when, with the key, I close the car (centralized closure) I explain: if I open the car I already put the fuse 14 well, I can operate all the devices indicated above. When I'm going to leave the car, I take out the fuse 14. If I left it and close the car, it melts. Can anyone tell me any solution (apart from taking the car to the mechanic)?

Open the trunk and where the hinge goes looks at the cable mallet, they usually cut from opening and closing the door. You close the trunk closing cable is peeled and touching chassis.
Short circuit to broken fuse dough. I am not fortune teller but it is almost certain that.

I spend with one and the problem was in the cable mallet at the left front door (driver's door) .-
