I need help with a Toyota 1kd engine

Hello friends. Together with my friends we are adjusting a Toyota 1kd 2007 engine. It is almost finished, but we have stopped because in what is the distribution, having already armed and placed all the pine nuts in its place, there is a hole in which we believe we should carry an oil supplier for the pinions. It is worth mentioning that this is the third time that this engine is tried to adjust without success in other workshops and we believe that since the first time this piece was lost.
