CMAX 1.6 TDCI Occasional Power Loss Published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello, I tell you the problem of my Cmax: the car works well until at a certain moment suffers a loss of power, which is solved stopping the car and starting again. The loss of power usually occurs in long marches, 4 or 5, before reaching 3000 laps. I have connected it to the torque and it gives me error P0299 (low supercharger pressure) and P138B (voltage of the heater control module). Seeing the real -time information of the turbo pressure and the flowmeter, as long as the error is not given the values progressively rise when accelerating, but suddenly and both values give a downturn and from there they barely rise again even if the revolutions rise again.
The downturn occurs whether I am accelerating and maintaining the march and about 2500 laps. In short marches it has never happened to me. No fault witness is lit.

What do you think? I try the flowmeter? EGR? Or will it be a thing of variable geometry?

Thanks in advance,.

As you say that no witness is lit, I think that the problem can be in the rubber tube that regulates the discharge or geometry valve of the turbo, it can be chopped this and have a leak, or this tube or the ones that are connected to the election that regulates the pressure of the turbo. Reviews before changing flow, the EGR can be tested to clean it. It also checks that the clamps that go from the caudalimetro to the turbo adjust well (there are no false air measurements) and that the clamps that go from the turbo to the intercoller and the exit of this, tabien adjust well. Greetings!
