Power loss Chevrolet Dmax

I need help, I have a Chevrolet Dmax year 2008, diesel, displacement 3.0. It is too slow, in small earrings it does not react. I changed all filters but remained the same. Change the flow and the power increases considerably, but the hard change only 2 weeks and again placed slowly and without force. When disconnecting the flow, the condition changes and the reaction increases becomes much faster.

I have the same problem my Diesel 3rd truck year 2010 lost power, it came out in the P0243 scanner, I changed the EVRV valve I improve the power, again the yellow light of the board was lit and lost power again, send to read again the codes now throws me (code 2a, 02.43.03 in the description it tells me proceed ") the scanner used is an x431 lunch, please your help
