Weird noise Suzuki Ignis

Hello everyone. I have a Suzki Ignis 4x4 gasoline of the year 2002, for some time I have been listening to a somewhat strange noise in my vehicle, the noise is similar to 2 or 3 strokes like a can, and it usually does it only when I start the car in cold, I start, and turn the steering wheel to the left to leave some parking lot when I turn right back to the right to straighten it a couple of times, it does not always do it a couple of times, it does not always This climbing a slope always does, the more pronounced the strongest slope does.
