Renault 2.2 dci fuel loss

Hello friends, here I write to another problem again, it turns out that four days ago fuel began by some small "plastic distributors located on the injectors, these devices are fixed with a clip to the rest of the injector, I attach a photo to clarify.
They would greatly add their comments or if anyone had a similar problem.
