Power loss Golf IV Published by Manual-Mecanica
Good to all:

Although I have no idea of mechanics, I like to curly in these parts since there are many interesting posts.
The fact is that I have a golf IV TDI 115 Repro with 300,000 km and it seems that the turbo has died ... it costs him to accelerate and move from 140.
The first thing I did was disconnect the EGR "in case" and it seems that it has a little more life.
From what I have read here and there, it could be the turbo actuator, some valve (N75, N18, Unisens, EGR), the same turbo, etc.

The turbo never throws (although I can hear its whistle as well as "in the distance")
I have erased the mistakes with the vag-com and circulated for a while. When doing the self -esteem I don't get any error.
I have entered module per module (of those of the Auto list) and in many of the modules it says something like that it cannot be connected.

This is the only mistake that comes out:

Vag-Commission: Release 311.2-N

MODURE PART NUMBER CONTROL: 038 906 019 am
Component and/or version: 1.9L R4 EDC 0000SG 0813
Coding software: 00002
Work Shop Code: WSC 00028
1 Fault Found:
17958 - Charge Pressure: Deviation control
P1550 - 11-00 - Limit not rear control

I have also made 3 logs in 5th (my car has 6 marches):

I have made the logs as I could, since the car does not throw and had no "by hand" a line so long.
I have taken the graphics with vagic logic

Thus, without having a pajolera idea, I would say that the switchboard requires values of the caud but this is not given ...

Here you have the CSV:

Can you give me a cable? Thanks in advance!

Manual-Mecanica Response on the topic of power golf IV
Hello everyone, Pepfapeste:) . Good question ... although where I live, there are few vw tdi, but I have to see similar experiences in Skoda TDI control system 1.9l R4 EDC. I have analyzed the graphics and my opinion after thinking about it is the following.
The codes 17958 - Charge Pressure: Deviation control.p1550 - 11-00 - Limit not rear reached
means that the engine control unit detects a Down Boost in the engine. That is, it does everything possible to achieve the subalimentation pressure slogan values (Spec INTAKE PRES), but nevertheless the pressure sensor in the multiple and temperature of air (G71 +G72) detects a pressure lower than the calculated slogan. that is, the control unit orders the Turbo pressure control (N75) to raise the food pressure, but it does not consume it (this can be observed in the graph). After the graphics can be observed:
the slow response of the turbo, to the request of pressure rise.
That the pressure and MAF slogans (grs of air by sec entering the
engine
correctly Turbo) It is opened in open
. PRESSURE IS ELECTRONIC, THE ECU uses the surcharging pressure valve to through the empty that produces the depressor to position the Wastegate valve in the turbo. nephew that produces damage to the turbo and the engine
.

The of
the the Skoda supercharging control siniptical, Vag Group.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the topic of power golf IV
Hello, what I would do, so as not to drive myself crazy, if the EGR is full of shit (for the kmts it has) it may not "sing" the scanner, so it would disassemble it to see how it is, (and the duct), it is a problem that sometimes does not directly tell us the scanner ... nor either the wastegate grabbed by dirt. Greetings to all !!

Also review the rubber tubes connected to the N75 and those that connect with the Wastegate, because although fabric lined, they deteriorate a lot, and if there is no empty, there is no turbo ...

Hello everyone, Pepfapeste:) , with respect to vag-com version: Release 311.2-N, my opinion is that the VAG-COM Software version is old to access the other control units that your Tuauto has, I recommend updating. greetings.
