Airbag witness and stuck horn

I have a 2005 Hyundai Sonata, the horn or horn is stuck and on the airbag on. I disconnect the steering wheel airbag and turn off the horn, try 1 connecting the clock spring and ok, connect the airbag the horn begins to sound and does not go out, it will be a fault of the airbag, there is a way to try it.
