U0101 KIA SORENTO CODE 2007

Hello Friends of the Forum I have a Kia Sorento with the U0101 code (there is no communication with the transmission control module) .... The truck does not start or even makes the sound has 57000 miles and I do not understand why it has been evil that I should check? Thank you very much in advance. The module is on the driver's side inside the cabin.

If there is no communication with the module you have 3 possible breakdowns.

1st lack of food. Check that there is no molten fuse.
2nd installation cables at broken module or some connector with contact failures (oxide, dirt, lazy terminals) but to check the installation you will need a multimeter and an electrical scheme of that car, otherwise you do not know where the cables you have to check go from.
3rd If the previous two points are correct, then the module is damaged and you have to replace it.
