Help box interconnection of the Megane 2 engine

Good morning, from Mexico, I have a Renault 2 that is putting together a mechanic and it happens that the original engine interconnection box stole it.

I was able to get the same piece of another megane but still does not turn on ... and apparently they take it off and at least it is going.

The battery is whole is new, and my mechanic tells me that this cajein needs to be programmed for the car that should be each car for each one? it's right??

Or what can I do with this problem, since my car does not turn on, the Cajein can be seen in the Megane 2 manual that is here in this same portal. Thanks in advance.
