KIA SPECTRA 00

Good afternoon I have a problem with the Kia Spectra 00 fuse box, buy one of an automatic kia, while my transmission is mechanical, the problem is that it connects the cable sequence according to the previous box, but when lighting this does not turn on, it does not activate the engine starter, I need to know what is cable that activates the current.
