Pontiac Matiz 2006 New Battery and does not light published by Manual-Mecanica

My dead dawn. It doesn't turn on anything. For this reason yesterday I changed the battery and worked, but turned on a red light on the board.
They told me to turn on and turn off the switch and thus turn on and turn off the red light. With the insurance it does the same again.
Today dawn dead again.
