Automatic transmission problem F4A232

I have a big problem with this transmission. The transmission is neutralized when when I driving, stop the car and then I want to continue the march. To react I have to turn off the engine or lower the lever to the "L" position

I already changed the full kit of stamps and discs, I put the scanner and do not mark any fault code, I changed another body of valves with its new selenoids, I installed another TCU and nothing solves the problem. The problem does it rarely and other times it makes it more continuous ... I don't know what else to do, they could help me, thank you !!!
