BMV fault

I have a BMV brand car (3.20 diesel) and one of the cylinders fails me, I have taken it to the BMV and they say that the gase spit has sneaked into the cylinder and has entered the engine ... is that true? Or they just want to put the hours to open the engine ... all help will be well received,

Hi Amariguanao, indeed those engines break by there are, but it is not the gas plate, it is one of the traps that mounts the admission collector for the variable admission.
