Putting Chevrolet Tahoe 6.5 Td

I have a Chevrolet Tahoe 6.5 Turbo diesel of the year 99, to which the engine has repaired. From that moment on, neither the repairing workshop nor any other workshop in my area manages to put it ready.
Is there someone who can give me a hand? Where can I get a workshop manual of this model? Nor in the official Chevrolet dealership dare.
