discharge valve

Good I have a doubt, a year ago I am agreed by a Peugeot 306 plus or so of the year 92, it is a 1.9 XTDT Turbo Diesel Intercoler, with Bosh bomb, and I would like to put a download valve.
I would appreciate that someone who had put such a valve advised me from the pros and cons, and princely if I can install it in my car.
