The white smoke is raw oil without burn, the 2 main causes for that smoke are: cylinders without compression or out of point. Since the fault makes it at high revolutions and when there could be 2 probable causes, one is that when the engine exists the temperature increases and I could produce that the valves do not close correctly and stay without compression, the other is that in high the injection pump not of the correct advance values and the injection point is under Internal transfer pressure and do not pushing what is necessary to the progress and the other is that the internal fuel pump has wear or the valve that regulates the transfer pressure regulates. If it were due to excess fuel or air covered, the smoke would not be black but black, since it is other but burned fuel. The first thing I would do would be to check valve lights, then verify the static injection point, if that is fine, then it would measure motor compression, if the compression is within the normal values, it would remain to be seen the fuel lines and finally the injection pump
