My Renault Megane Classic presents a noise in the back, what I found is that the upper terminal of the shock absorber has a game, the question is because this game can be presented and how I can solve it.

If the game is in the upper Czech that the spin have not adopted a conical shape this if it is the one that comes with spring if it is of a Czech tube the rubber bushing burn and remain with game, luck
