Front headlights with problems

My problem is with the front headlights of my Neon Chrysler 96, which lies in the headlights, emphasize flashing as if they were direction lights. I have searched if there is any fuse that has problems and nothing good, some reheated cable and nothing. If someone was grateful to me, I would like the slution.
