Friend the head or cylinder head, can be tried by sudden warming or as a manufacturing failure, apart from blows and molten of obvious motor, there is a pressure test, which is called hydraulic test, this determines some fissure of the cylinder head, there is also a repair, they enter and they are well no problem with that.
