Change of heater and return tubes

Good afternoon, this morning of my Jeep Grand Cherokee of 1999, I have changed the heater and the return tubes, and does not start, exactly the pump does not reach Gasoil, so that the cylinders either.
I don't know what to do.

By the way someone has the workshop manual of that model ???? because I'm looking at but I can't find it that year.

That may be because you have some sleeve that goes to the chopped pump and when some air enters the pump

If you changed tubes and did not take the air out of the system this will be your biggest problem you should bleed and now, but before this the engine started or not?
