Change driver mirror glass published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello, recently they hit me in the mirror of my Lancia Dera and they broke one of the sides of the glass. As I have to spend the ITV shortly I have commissioned the mirror in a spare parts store. My question is how the broken glass is taken and the new one gets. I think that the new glass will stick to the mirror with some special resin. You can advise me how to do it so as not to break the new glass when I put it.

All the best. Luis

If you commissioned the spare this comes complete not only the glass, if it comes complete you must take a triangular tap that is inside the vehicle and release three 10mm nuts and it is easy, if you put the pure mirror ideal is to take it out and paste it out to be able to set it correctly, if you do not put silicone of domestic use for glass minimum setting of 2 hours,
