I do not know that particular car, but almost certainly are the resistances that regulate the speed and that are normally at the ventilator air outlet (because they heat). When they are cut, only the maximum PRQUE is direct works with the battery voltage.
If you take out the resistances you can weld them.

It is true what the A/A fan tells you usually have a resistance with 2 or 3 derivations so that a 2 o3 steps switch chooses the speed. Check that. Although I usually go directly to the PC and look at the electrical diagram in the mitchell so I go with the points that I must check well in mind. greetings.
