Ford Explorer Mod 2001 does not upload the revolutions published by Manual-Mecanica

Hello friends, I would like to help me in a Sta Ford that you cannot upload the RPM more than 3000 and change fuel pump and Revice TP coil, MAF, ISC the codes are P0122 P0113 P1504 P1401
Could it be the face sensor ????

Check the escape, if you have turbo you may not open
and check from the admission multiple to the air filter ok
