Air conditioning blower motor

Hello friends as you are, well I was going to make a consultation, my Ford Fiesta Newport 2006 does not go the blower engine although the air conditioner does when you press the button and marks any speed I have taken to an electrician and I looked at my resistance and apparently gave him direct current and did not go the fan and he told me to take him to the Ford that could be a reset in the machine That I don't know much but it seems strange that it could only be that.

If the resistors are cut the engine only in the maximum speed.
Do this test:
If when you connect the fan at the highest speed the fuse burns and the engine does not start, the engine is shortly or mechanically locked (bushings).
If the fuse does not burn the engine winding is open (cut) or has the speech brobillas. If you give you infinity, the winding is cut or has the brushes spent. If you mark some OHMS the engine is locked and you must change the bushings.
