The rolling noise of the tires will depend purely on their drawing versus the terrain in which they roll, the wider the caluga of the drawing the more noise will generate in the cement, that is, if you have arener tires and walk in the city, obviously they will generate noise, it is not a deafening noise but that a soft wheel as a hoarse half, now if they are 50 in profile they are very hard.
