If it is automatic transmission, it may be due to an oil filter (covered) or another more detailed problem internally, but if it is manual transmission it can be too thick oil or problems from the lever to the connection with the box but in this case it would not be necessary to disassemble the box to the espcession of the automatic box that you must disassemble it for repair.
