Starting problems in KTM LC4 620 from 95

Hello, I have a KTM LC4 620 from 95, but it costs me the same life to start it. I think the shots can go for the decompressor, but I would need someone to know those engines to me a cable. As you can imagine it has no starter engine and my left leg is going to put on Nadal's arm.

It is difficult to succeed with the solution to your problem, give few data. Keep in mind that it is a rather greasy engine to start it. First adjust the decompressor cable according to manual, after once the idle is plotted, it is an important adjustment to put these engines, in cold you have to start with being and without giving any gas. The one who sold it to me ripped it well to the first or second, but I am not able and has changed mobile, so I look a little lost and scarce of pelas to take it to a workshop and blow a paste for some settings.
