Problems in the distribution of my X trail published by Manual-Mecanica
Good I hope someone can help me, I have a 2003 Xtrail model with the 2.5 gasoline engine and has a noise in the chain of time that has been as a ragrag, this happens on occasion, I already changed the distribution kit and the noise does not take off and the kit that removes the truck was in good condition, since it has 72000 km. Does anyone know what can be?

That such a friend would like to recommend that you check the tensioner of the accessory strip, because I had a client with a similar problem and was the tensioner that in Latigava moments and gave a strange sound, eye the tensioner (the arm) not the role that tense ... well I hope to break up helped a greeting!

I also had this problem of the accessory strap tensioner in several X-Trail, so it is very likely that it will be there.

You can physically look at the strap with the Motor in progress and when you hear the noise, you will see that the belt vibrates in its stretch between longest pulleys.
