air conditioning address in Hyundai published by Manual-Mecanica

Hello, I have the next problem in an Hyundai Excel year 1993, when trying to direct the air conditioning to the different outputs, it does not only send to the defense exit. Apparently the command is electric.
I would thank you if anyone knows the system of one hand.

Check the caleccfacion guayas that are low from pool or if it is fine check the empty handles
