Suzuki 2.0tdi Problem Code P0243, P0246

Friends I have a problem with a Great Vitara 2001 Suzuki with a 2.0 Common Riel Diesel, the problem is when it is taken to constant acceleration like 80k. and 3,000rpm constant in a slope lights the light of check and is limited. We already changed the opening control valve of El Turbo but remains the same. I would appreciate any comments.
