Terrible Loss of CLIO 1.9D oil published by Manual-Mecanica
Hello everyone:
I turn to the wisdom of those who have already renegated to know how to correctly install the bench retribution DISTRIBUCION MOTOR F8Q.
Since at the exit of the tip of the crankshaft, I meet a separator identified with the COD. 7700101268 of Renault, on which the retain works.
Clarified this is: "This separator is mobile?, Must turn on the crankshaft with free game?, Is it nailed?; Because if I do not make meaning to the function of the retain"

please if someone can help me already thank you very much

greetings

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Terrible Loss of CLIO 1.9D oil
hi how are things.
I have never worked in that engine, but I can tell you that this element should be a sacrifice track, which means that when the retaining hardens it forms a groove or stick which could limit the useful life of crankshaft, and instead of this sacrifices the piece above. This should also turn the crankshaft.
I hope you understand me ..
luck ........

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Terrible Loss of CLIO 1.9D oil
Hello. In this engine the front checkpoint works above the oil pump drag. The pinion turns freely on the crankshaft and when we press the front pulley of distribution is blocked.
