Party 1.4 TDCI 2005

Greetings to the forum; I am repairing a 1.4tdci party, Duratorq 8 valves. I consumed oil.
The work done was: change of subset, connecting rod beans and bench, change of guides and seats of valves, straps and seals. I fail to launch because the lock was lit on the board.
1st Doubt) CIG and D/Cams: The pump, is it synchronized by the ECU?
2nd doubt) Is there a way to unlock in the workshop without scanner?
