Sentra 91 problems posted by Manual-Mecanica
I have many problems with a Nissan Sentra 91 at the time of wanting to light it in the morning. What I do to try to turn it on is the following: I open and close the ignition key several times so that it supposedly sends the pump but it seems as if I sent anything because it remains the same and also pumped several times to the acceleration pedal until I finally managed to turn it on, but after several attempts, I almost always do about 5 minutes to turn it on and I do not want to damage the starter or other thing of the car. Since I manage to turn on the car as if nothing happened to him, the curious thing is that I turn it off and try to turn it on again and the car turns on as if nothing, but I try to turn it after about 6 or 7 hours and the symptom is the same, I do not know what to do, since they have told me that the pump is not the problem and I do not want to waste my money. Thank you in advance for your time and if anyone knows what the problem is appreciated.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Problems with Sentra 91
Do a test even if it seems that it is nonsense.

If the car is manual, try to start it by pulling it downhill and depending on how it reacts I can indicate more rightly.

Anyway, it should be checked on and injection, it will not be that the switchboard does not reach a positive start signal.

To start cold, the switchboard injects a very high amount of gasoline while the starter is turning it, once you release the key, that injection ceases and enters the speed of idle.

If the car does not start by shooting it, it is possible that the failure is that, and to check it, the engine cables will have to be checked.

A question, have you ever managed to start cold, keeps slowing down or tends to stop?

That wave although Paresca jokes checks if the engine is not sucking air because if it sucks in cold it takes to turn on and already hot as if nothing but also in the lines I do not recover what type of hose it wears but if they are of the common ones they can also out there they can suck lucky air.
