Rebisate the oil level and ensure that it is not a broken cylinder lid joint problem if it fuses so the oil level rises and it gets gray

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Golf IV
I greet friend I suggest that you first do what Juam 23 recommended
.
I changed it and the problem was solved, but you have to throw an additive radiator cleaner after the change of packaging to eliminate the oil remains in the cooling system.
Note: Verify that the camera has not been bent (although if it does not have reheating I do not believe it) do not take it directly to a rectifier because the very living always want to rectify and that is only done when it merits it since the useful life of the camera decreases and the cruise temperature increases since several compression ratio.
To know if it is folded there is a technical method for that.
Well friend I hope my recommendation serves you.

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Golf IV
Hello everyone, I have the same problem with a 1997 Chevy Pop, the oil passes to the antifreeze tank, I am testing but the engine is over, the fan works and apparently the radiator.
Sixto Ing, you say there is a technical method to know if the camera is folded. Can you help me to know where I can read about this technique?

Greetings and thank you !!

Manual-Mecanica Response on the Re: Golf IV
The safest thing is that the head of the head was damaged (button), I recommend that it be rectified, because many times it happens that when you change only the joint is with the leak, the technique is, disarmed the head, put a completely flat squad from end to end in the head and measure if there is any space between it and the squad, but it is advisable to rectify and put all the new boards
